You can browse and use available SKU quantity and large-order offers as a guest. Membership savings and your account order history require you to sign in. We do not combine spending from other websites or accounts.<\/p><\/details>

What is the minimum quantity?<\/summary>

Wholesale enquiries start from one piece per design and colour, subject to availability. Custom enquiries start from 25 pieces per colour and design; final specifications are confirmed in your quotation.<\/p><\/details>

Can I mix colours to reach a quantity price?<\/summary>

Each SKU is counted separately. Different colours or sizes do not combine to reach an SKU quantity tier.<\/p><\/details>

How do discounts work?<\/summary>

We compare the full-cart SKU tier total, the base total with your eligible membership discount, and the base total with a large-order discount. The lowest full-cart merchandise amount applies. These offers do not stack with one another or with coupons.<\/p><\/details>

What currency do you use?<\/summary>

Prices are in US dollars. Product quotes are China EXW unless stated otherwise; shipping, taxes and duties are not included in product prices.<\/p><\/details>

Can I request samples?<\/summary>

Yes. Contact sales with the style and quantity you want to review. Sample pricing, availability and freight are confirmed individually.<\/p><\/details>

Can you add my logo or custom labels?<\/summary>

Send your artwork and requirements for fabric, colours, embroidery, labels, tags and trims. Custom enquiries start from 25 pieces per colour and design. Approve the agreed specifications by email before production.<\/p><\/details>

Which payment methods can I use?<\/summary>

Contact sales to confirm payment arrangements for your quotation. Only methods actually displayed and available at checkout can be used for an online checkout payment.<\/p><\/details>

What should I do if my payment fails?<\/summary>

Email sales@globalcapsupply.com with your order or quotation reference, payment date and the error message. Our team will help check the payment status. Do not send passwords, verification codes or full card details.<\/p><\/details>

How do I request a quote?<\/summary>

Send your product reference or design images, quantity for each colour, material preferences, labels, tags and other trims, plus your delivery destination. Use Request a Quote to prepare an email draft, then review and send it from your email app.<\/p><\/details>

How long will my order take?<\/summary>

Dispatch and transit estimates are confirmed for your specific order, destination and shipping service. Custom work also requires design approval and an agreed production schedule. Ask sales to confirm timing before placing your order.<\/p><\/details>

Who pays import duties and taxes?<\/summary>

Product prices exclude freight, taxes and duties. The treatment of import charges depends on the shipping service and destination. Confirm any included duties or taxes in your written shipping quotation; they are not automatically included in every shipment.<\/p><\/details>

Where do you ship, and how much does it cost?<\/summary>

Shipping availability depends on your destination and the current route. Freight is quoted using the quantity and carton dimensions. Ask sales to confirm shipping charges, estimated delivery times and whether duties are included in your specific quote.<\/p><\/details>

Can I change or cancel my order?<\/summary>

Contact us immediately, preferably within the first two business days and before dispatch. Cancellation is not available after carrier handover. Address changes after dispatch are subject to carrier approval.<\/p><\/details>

How do I track my shipment?<\/summary>

Contact our team for shipment tracking details after dispatch. Include your order number.<\/p><\/details>

What if there is a problem with my order?<\/summary>

Report quality, damaged, incorrect or missing items within 30 days of receipt. Request a physical return within 7 days. Email info@globalcapsupply.com with your order number, a description and relevant photos. We reply within 48 hours. Do not send goods back without approval; our team will provide the return address.<\/p><\/details>
