When to contact us<\/h3>\n

Request a physical return within 7 days of receiving your order<\/strong>. Report quality problems, damaged or incorrect items, or missing items within 30 days of receipt<\/strong>. The 30-day issue-reporting period does not extend the 7-day window for a change-of-mind return.<\/p>\n

Return eligibility<\/h3>\n

Returned goods must be unused and in their original packaging. Items marked non-returnable and gifts are not eligible for a change-of-mind return. Underwear and swimwear are excluded from change-of-mind returns where these categories are offered. These exclusions do not prevent you from reporting a defective, incorrect or missing item within the after-sales period.<\/p>\n

How to apply<\/h3>\n

  1. Email your order number, a description of the problem and clear photos of the items and packaging to info@globalcapsupply.com.<\/li>\n
  2. We will reply within 48 hours and explain the next steps.<\/li>\n
  3. If a return is approved, our customer service team will provide the return address and instructions. Do not send goods to an address found elsewhere or return them without approval.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Return costs and original shipping<\/h3>\n

    For a return caused by the customer’s preference or ordering error, the customer pays return shipping and any related customs duties. Original shipping charges are not refundable for these returns.<\/p>\n

    If Global Cap Supply is responsible for damaged or incorrect goods, we will not require you to pay the corresponding return shipping. Original shipping charges attributable to our error will be considered as part of the resolution; the general non-refundable-shipping rule does not override this responsibility exception. Please contact us before arranging return shipping.<\/p>\n

    Refund processing<\/h3>\n

    We initiate an approved refund to the original payment method within 24 hours of approval, or within 24 hours of receiving and inspecting an approved return when a return is required. Your bank or payment provider determines when the funds reach your account. Shipping, customs and other non-merchandise charges are handled according to the responsibility rules above.<\/p>\n

    Refunds reduce the eligible merchandise spending used to determine your Global Cap Supply membership level. A refund may therefore lower your level for future orders. This does not change prices on previous orders.<\/p>\n<\/section>\n<\/article>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
