Quotation and delivery terms

Our quotation basis is EXW unless otherwise agreed. Shipping and import arrangements are confirmed per order. Do not assume that customs duties, import taxes or clearance charges are included in a product price.

Information to confirm

• The destination country, delivery address and consignee details.
• Any information or documents requested by the carrier, broker or destination customs authority.
• Who will arrange clearance and pay applicable import charges under the agreed delivery terms.
• Any product-specific import requirements for your destination.

Customs clearance

Check applicable requirements with the destination customs authority or a qualified broker. Clearance time and any requests for additional information can vary; we do not promise a fixed customs processing time or duty-free delivery.

If a shipment is held

Contact the carrier and our team with your order reference and tracking number. Share the clearance request so the required shipment information can be checked.
