Account credit

The website does not currently offer a customer wallet, top-up balance or a self-service credit facility. Creating an account or choosing the B2B user type does not grant a spending limit or payment terms.

Coupons and membership benefits

Welcome coupons and membership discounts are savings on eligible purchases. They are not account cash, cannot be withdrawn and do not create a credit balance. Review Discount and Coupons and VIP Discount for details.

Payment arrangements for an order

Contact our team to confirm the payment arrangements stated in your quotation. Do not assume deferred payment or credit has been approved unless it is explicitly confirmed for your order.

Refund enquiries

Refunds follow our Return and refund policy. Contact support with your order reference if you have a question about a refund.
