How to Order

Send your product requirements and confirm a quotation before placing an enquiry-based order.

  1. Choose your products. Browse the catalogue and collect product links or style references.
  2. Specify quantities and options. State quantity per design/colour, any custom logo or material requirements, and the delivery destination.
  3. Send your enquiry. Use Request a Quote, email sales@globalcapsupply.com or contact us on WhatsApp. The website quote form prepares an email draft in your email app; you must send that email to deliver the enquiry.
  4. Review the quotation. Confirm specifications, availability, unit price, custom charges, shipping, taxes where applicable, payment arrangements and lead time with our team.
  5. Confirm the order. Follow the agreed quotation and payment instructions. Keep your order reference and correspondence for follow-up.
The current catalogue is enquiry-only. Sending an enquiry does not create a paid order or reserve stock. Online checkout is not currently available for these products.
